Can I choose specific services instead of an entire package?

Yes, we consider the specific needs of your business and are open to creating a custom package specifically for your business needs.

What happens after the discovery call?

You will receive an email with a summary of what was discussed along with a “Next Steps” action plan complete with details and instructions.

What is the payment procedure?

We usually take payment in stages. First, we require a small down-payment to begin the work. And as we progress to different stages of the project, more payments will be required, but ultimately, you pay based on the work completed at each stage.

What do you use to build the websites?

We primarily use WordPress CMS but are open to using other platforms that might suite your needs better.

Do you have a physical location?

We do not have a physical office yet and conduct our business remotely, but we are open to virtual and in-person meetings as needed.

Do you provide training materials and support documents?

Yes we do! We are happy to support those who are willing to learn. Our training service comes with relevant documentation and resources.

Do you offer discounts?

Absolutely! That’s an added benefit to being a client and/or a subscriber to our email list since we intend to send out promotions and offers frequently. There are also referral bonuses for past and existing clients that contribute to new business.
